1239. Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH to
the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Lands:
I refer to the lots outlined by LandCorp in the answer to
question 4, prior to the annual report hearings of the Standing Committee on
Estimates and Financial Operations, which described the lots that have been
sold by LandCorp in the Springs Rivervale development.
(1) For each lot sold, was a
valuation completed?
(2) If yes to (1), what was the
valuation for each of the lots?
(3) Who undertook the valuation?
