There is nothing in the new labour relations laws that will impact on the project budget for the fast, direct route. Indeed, the vast majority of companies engaged in large civil and construction projects like the rail project employ workers covered by Awards and Collective Agreements.

(a) – (d) The new labour relations laws provide a fairer, more efficient and effective industrial relations system, that balances the rights and interests of both employers and employees.
There is nothing in the new labour relations laws that will impact on the project budget for the fast, direct route. Indeed, the vast majority of companies engaged in large civil and construction projects like the rail project employ workers covered by Awards and Collective Agreements.
