(a)-(b) - The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (‘ODPP’) does not maintain crime statistics. The ODPP only maintains statistics of actual prosecutions conducted. A wide range of ODPP staff members have varying roles in these processes as part of their routine work, however, it is impossible to accurately segregate the cost of maintaining these statistics.
