In relation to letters sent to people within the electorate of Perth required to pay the state government Perth parking licence fee, which state that one of the Minister's new initiatives to be paid from the fund is the provision of a new Green CAT bus route between the Leederville, City West and Esplanade stations, will the Minister:
(a) please detail the exact route of the Green CAT line;
(b) please detail the precise section of the route which is not included in the Perth parking licence boundary; and
(c) please provide detailed costing for the Green CAT establishment, infrastructure and annual costs?

advises:
(a) The route will operate between the Esplanade station and Leederville station via William Street, St Georges Terrace, Malcolm Street, Kings Park Road, Colin Street, Wellington Street, Sutherland Street, Railway Street, Loftus Street and Cambridge Street to a terminus at Leederville station. Returning via Southport Street and Cambridge Street and the reverse of above to St Georges Terrace and then via Mill Street and Mounts Bay Road to The Esplanade station.
(b) 300 to 400 metres of Cambridge Street between Loftus Street and the terminus at Leederville station.
(c) Infrastructure: $6,700,000.
Annual costs: $1,700,000.
