(2) Did the Ministry of Fair Trading officers keep records of phone calls from Don Brown of the Ministry for Planning relating to the cancelling of the incorporation of the Port Kennedy Land Conservation District Committee, and will the minister table the phone records? (3) (a) Did officers from the Ministry of Fair Trading have discussions with Mr Brown and/or the Crown Solicitor’s officer, Helen Cogan, regarding the form of information that would be sought from the Port Kennedy LCDC to prove it was still operative? (b) If so, to what did the discussion that took place on 29 June 1999 between Mr Ralph Minief, Helen Cogan and Don Brown pertain? (4) Did Mr Brown seek access to the response from the Port Kennedy LCDC, and, in particular, did Mr Brown want a copy of the minutes of board meetings of the Port Kennedy LCDC or a list of members of the Port Kennedy LCDC?
