(iii) what was the nature or subject of discussion during the contact(s) meeting(s);
(iv) were other people present during the contact(s) or meeting(s); and
(v) what were the names of all people present?

Officers in the Minister's office may, from time to time, meet Mr Everingham or representatives of GRA Everingham in a social capacity, however for meetings relating to Government business please see below.
