(1)  As at 17 February 2015, the Department pays a licence fee to Fleetwood of $610,000 per month, which provides the right to use and occupy 293 dwellings owned by Fleetwood for key workers. The Department pays approximately $54,000 per month to Fleetwood for management services provided by on-site staff and off-site personnel.
(2)  The licence fee is paid in accordance with the Licence and Interim Agreement of February 2014. This is a temporary arrangement while negotiations are progressed around long-term formal agreements. There have been no changes to the management and associated fee arrangements since 1 November 2014.
(3) The current Licence and Interim Agreement expires in May 2015.
(4) No.
