*              Baldivis Gardens Primary School is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) school and all maintenance is included as part of the contract.
2)         Funding is managed centrally and is allocated to address needs in schools as they arise.  Schools may elect to manage their own faults and breakdowns up to a maximum of $5000 per event and receive an allocation from the central maintenance account. Schools may also use part of their one-line budget to undertake maintenance and minor works projects.
