I thank the honourable member for
the question. We do not actually know what occurred at this stage from the
Australian Electoral Commission so we cannot ascertain whether the same problem
exists at the Western Australian level. Suffice to say, the Western Australian
Electoral Commission is very professional. I am very confident that it will not
make the same mistakes as its federal counterpart.
