However, from time to time WorkSafe and the commissioner facilitate the formation of working groups to assist consultation on occupational health and safety issues. The agricultural industrial safety group is an example of such a working group. The commissioner is chair of this group. (b) Membership of working groups depends upon the reason for the groups.
