(1) Currently data is collected on a daily basis from sub-districts and other police units, this information is stored in the Traffic Enforcement and Crash Executive Information System (TEACEIS) for auditing and reporting requirements. Only the total number of hours for traffic related work is recorded, this includes road patrols, other traffic duties and administrative work. There is no breakdown of time spent on road patrols.
