In relation to underage Indonesian children in Western Australian adult prisons, I ask:
(a) on what date was the publicly identified 14 year old Indonesian child, Ali Yasmin, moved from Hakea adult maximum security prison to Albany adult prison;
(b) how many other suspected young Indonesian prisoners were moved to Albany adult prison at or about the same time;
(c) on what dates did the Minister receive the two pieces of official correspondence regarding Indonesian prisoners referred to in Question on Notion No. 4793;
(d) on what dates did the Minister receive any reports or information via the Inspector of Custodial Services relating to information from Independent Visitors Scheme members regarding under-age Indonesians in Western Australian adult prisons; and
(e) since 2009, on what dates were any Indonesians moved from Hakea to Albany adult prison?

(a) Prisoner Ali Jasmin (Yasmin) was transferred from Hakea Prison (Hakea) to Albany Regional Prison (Albany) on 14 February 2011.
(b) There were no Indonesian prisoners transferred to Albany on or around 14 February 2011 who were suspected of being underage at the time they were relocated.
(c) 21 March 2011 and 3 April 2011, although it should be noted the correspondence on 21 March was a Department of Corrective Services briefing note.
(d) 29 November 2011 (debrief on the inspection of Albany Prison) and 20 December 2011 (regular meeting with the Minister).
(e) Since 2009, the Department has transferred Indonesian prisoners from Hakea to Albany on 55 different dates:
