I emphasise that date, which is the one I was referring to when I answered the question from the Leader of the Opposition. This tender process attracted only two responses - Consultech, with EMS; and Magenta Linas Software Pty Ltd, with Electrac. Consultech was awarded a contract for the provision of EMS at an estimated annual cost of $80 000, and Magenta Linas was awarded a contract for the provision of Electrac at an estimated annual cost of $157 000.
