I refer to my letter dated November 3 2003 addressed to the Hon Clive Brown MLA, Minister for State Development, titled ‘Cooke Review’, and the Government’s response to the Final Report of the Cooke Review tabled in Parliament on August 24 2004 -
(1) Can the Minister state on what specific date my letter dated November 3 2003 was received in the Minister’s office?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) Can the Minister explain why I did not receive a written response to all the matters raised in my letter dated November 3 2003?
(4) If no to (4), why not?
(5) Can the Minister explain why the Minister or the Department did not provide the Cooke Review an extension of time of six months so that all the evidence of incorrect and misleading information provided by the Department to Ministers, and inturn to the Parliament, could be clearly documented in the report?
(6) If no to (5), why not?
