I refer to the use of Agent Orange in the Kimberley and the death of Mr Cyril Hunter: (a) have the Department's made contact with Mr Hunter's mother Lucy Marshall; (b) if yes to (a) what are the dates of contact or correspondance; (c) have the Department's ever received contact or correspondence from Lucy Marshall; (d) if yes to (c) what are the dates of contact; (e) are the Ministers aware that parts of Mr Hunter's body are being held in Perth.; (f) are the Ministers aware that testing has been conducted on Mr Hunter's remains; (g) will the Ministers table any reports or test findings that have been recorded in relation to the tests conducted on Mr Hunter's remains; (h) if no to (g) why not; and (i) when will test results be provided to Lucy Marshall as to the cause of and including possible reasons of Mr Hunters death?
