discussion paper into the Criminal Law (Mentally Impaired Accused) Act 1996
take into account any of the recommendations arising from the report of the
Office of the Inspector of Custodial Services report titled ''Mentally
impaired accused on 'custody orders': Not guilty, but incarcerated
indefinitely''?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
