With regard to question on notice No. 2516 asked in the Legislative Council on 17 June 2010, and specifically to the answers to parts (1) to (18) of this question, I ask:
(a) in accordance with section 82 of the
Financial Management Act 2006
, did the Minister write to the Auditor General advising of his refusal to answer the question and stating his reasons why;
(b) if no to (a), why not;
(c) if yes to (a), will the Minister table a copy of this and of subsequent communication; and
(d) if no to (c), why not?

by the then Minister for Mines and Petroleum.
As incoming Minister for Mines and Petroleum I am unable to advise if
