I refer to the answer to question without notice No. 272 on 16 May 2012 regarding the new Midland Health Campus and noting that some reproductive services currently offered at Swan Districts Hospital were considered 'non-mandatory' in the Request for Tender document, and I ask —
(1) Were any other procedures currently undertaken at Swan Districts Hospital considered to be 'non-mandatory' in the Request for Tender document?
(2) If yes to (1), please specify which procedures and the basis on which they were considered to be non-mandatory?
(3) Please specify which, if any, of the procedures detailed in (2) will be offered by St John of God at the public hospital at the new Midland Health Campus?

(1) No other procedures required consideration. The only services raised by a respondent to the procurement process as being unable to be delivered were those reproductive services, which were considered by the State as per the response to Legislative Council question without notice 272.
(2 - 3) Not applicable.
