(a-c)All Ministerial Directives issued by the Minister are required to be reported in the Annual Report of the agency. I refer the Member to the Annual Reports for 2000/2001, 2001/2002, 2002/2003, 2003/2004, 2004/2005 for The Small Business Development Corporation and the Department of Justice.
