RIVERTON TRUCK BAN
Some notice of this question was given yesterday. (1) Is the government proceeding with the start of the so-called Riverton truck ban from 1 October 2007; and, if so, what orders or other actions are necessary to implement the ban? (2) If no to (1) - (a) what are the operational factors, or other considerations, including political considerations, that have caused further delay; (b) what will be the new start date; and (c) what are the reasons for choosing this new date?
