(d) 27 authorities have been revoked by the Registrar pursuant to s49J(6) at the request of the organisation secretary and their names, and the unions they formerly represented, are as per the attached Schedule B;

(a) There are no entry permits issued to union representatives for entry to building sites. Authority is issued pursuant to Division 2G of the Industrial Relations Act permitting entry to any premises “where relevant employees work”. There have been 380 authorities issued pursuant to Division 2G of the Industrial Relations Act.
(b) As per the attached Schedule A.
(c) The provisions of the Industrial Relations Act allow only that an authority be revoked or suspended. Of 16 applications lodged pursuant to s49J(5) seeking revocation or suspension, none have been revoked, 3 were dismissed and 6 are in progress.
