I refer to the Labor "Plan for Peel" and ask: (a) Does the Government still intend on providing "$1.5 million to develop a comprehensive
estuary protection plan that creates an integrated
approach towards catchment management and
fund rehabilitation projects": (i) If yes, when will the funds be released and via what agency; (ii) If yes, will the funds be released to a third party: (A) If so, what third party and will they be tied to any material outcome; (iii) If yes, has the Minister or any representative of the Minister's office, departments or agencies met with any third party to discuss the rollout of this commitment; and (iv) If no, why not?
