I refer to the amendment approved by
the Minister for Planning in relation to the former Pavilion Markets site in
Subiaco.
(1) Did the minister or his office
receive any representations on this matter?
( 2 ) If yes to (1) —
(a) who made the representations;
(b) how were the representations made;
(c) on what date or dates were the
representations made; and
(d) what was the nature of the
representations?
(3) If the representations involved
meetings, could the minister advise —
(a) the date or dates of the
meetings; and
(b) the names of all persons present?

the City of Subiaco, Roberts Day Group and D2 property.
(b) Representation
was made through the submission of various documents, email exchange and
subsequent meetings.
(c) Representations were made on 12
March 2012, 11 June 2013 and 29 May 2014.
(d) The
representations were a requirement under section 76 of the Planning and
Development Act 2005, and correspondence to facilitate meetings.

Meetings were held on the following dates —
14 June 2013, with representatives
from the City of Subiaco; officers from the Department of Planning; the
Minister for Planning; the chief of staff from the office of the Minister for Planning;
the policy adviser from the office of the Minister for Planning; and 11 June
2014, with representatives from D2 Property and Roberts Day Group; the Minister
for Planning; the chief of staff from the office of the Minister for Planning;
and the policy adviser from the office of the Minister for Planning.
