With regards to request for FESA to carry out burns in the Kimberley -
(1) Can the Minister provide details of all Local Authority and Pastoralist requests to burn for the financial years 2001-2002 and 2002-2003?
(2) Is it a requirement for FESA to receive a written request from either the Local Authority or Pastoralists prior to conducting any burns on behalf of either?
(3) How many Permits to Burn were issued for the financial years 2001-2002 and 2002-2003 and who authorised them?
(4) Can the Minister advise how many of those requests were acted upon and in what time frame pursuant to the request?
