I thank the member for some notice of this question. My predecessor as Minister for Government Enterprises made a detailed ministerial statement on this matter on 29 November 2006. The statement comprehensively set out the major issues and proposed actions, which GESB has subsequently pursued. Disciplinary processes for GESB employees have not yet concluded and I do not intend at this stage to make an additional ministerial statement.
