I refer to the Thrive program.
(1) Is there any
intention to undertake ongoing evaluation of the program?
(2) If yes to (1)

undertaking, the evaluation; and
(b) what specific outcomes will be
measured or considered as part of the evaluation?

(1) Yes.
(2) (a) The
Department of Communities undertakes ongoing monitoring of the Thrive program
and performance of service providers.
The
Department of Communities will engage an independent consultant to undertake an
evaluation of the Thrive program in October 2022.
(b) The
evaluation will include but is not limited to assessment of the quality and
success of implementation and ongoing management; informing future design,
development and implementation decisions;
determining whether the intended community and service level outcomes are being delivered; assessing whether the service agreement has delivered
value for money against the community and service level outcomes; and informing
future strategic directions.
(3) Not applicable.
