I refer to the 2014–2015 State Budget for the Housing Authority, where note (1) to the Rental Housing table on page 524 states “the 2014–2015 Budget Target for Net Cost of Service is less than the 2013-2014 Estimated Actual due to the expected transfer of assets to the community housing sector in 2013–2014”, and ask: (a) how many assets were ‘expected’ to be transferred to the community housing sector in 2013–2014; (b) how many assets were actually transferred to the community housing sector in 2013–2014; and (c) how many assets are ‘expected’ to be transferred to the community housing sector in 2014–2015, 2015–2016 and 2016–2017?
