I refer to the tender issued by John Holland for “Epoxy Flooring” (reference number WP5287) for the New Children’s Hospital Project and ask, has the tender been awarded, and if so: (a) on what date was it awarded; (b) what is the name or names of the successful tenderer/s; (c) what was the total value of the contract; (d) how many tenders in total were received; (e) how many of the tender applications were from applicants with local content; (f) has the successful tender contract value involved significant budget variation, eg. 20 per cent or greater than the pre-tender estimate; and (g) did the tender evaluation process include a “Buy Local” preference as per the Government’s “Buy Local Policy” and if not, why not?
