on WAMN News on 3 October regarding three
youths charged with 55 offences, including burglaries and armed robberies involving
machetes in Perth's northern suburbs.
(1) What immediate measures is the government
implementing to prevent machete-related violent crime?
(2) How are police resources being allocated to
deter and respond to incidents involving bladed weapons in these communities?
(3) Is the government considering legislative or
other reforms aimed specifically at reducing knife and machete-related offences
among youth in Western Australia?
