(1) Are proponents required to survey their land for potential Aboriginal Heritage sites prior to submitting their application for development to, -
(a) Local Government; and
(b) State Government?

(1)(a-b) It is not a legal requirement to undertake a survey for possible Aboriginal sites on a parcel of land prior to submitting an application for development to either State or Local Government.
