I refer to the answer provided by the Attorney General to question without notice No. 2607, dated March 9 2004, and ask -
(1) In respect to the Equal Opportunities Tribunal, what was the nature of the complaint and the quantum of damages or compensation awarded for cases heard in each of the last seven years?
(2) How does the quantum of these awards for compensation compare with awards for damages or compensation for similar complaints or offences in other Australian jurisdictions?
(3) Could the Attorney General provide a comparative analysis of these Australia wide awards for damages or compensation in each of the past seven years?
