(a) The increase in the capital appropriation is $44.103 million. The
$160,759 million increase is in the total appropriation provided to deliver services, not just capital expenditure.
(b) The total estimated cost for the Year 7 relocation program is $229.6 million. This includes $42.643 million from Royalties for Regions for schools in regional areas. The funding is included in 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15 financial years.
