I refer the minister
to the commitment that both the former Minister for Police and the Premier made
at the WA Police Union annual conferences in November 2023 and November 2024 to
introduce presumptive PTSD legislation for police officers.
(1) Is the minister committed to introducing
presumptive PTSD legislation for police officers?
(2) If yes to (1), will the legislation be
introduced in 2025?
