(b) 3.39% based on 2006 market presence
(c) 130 household members
(d) $75 177 in council rates were paid for these properties between 1 July 2010 and 30 June 2011.

(d) $151 032 in council rates were paid for these properties between 1 July 2010 and30 June 2011.
