former chief of staff, Mr Brian Pontifex .
(1) Did Mr Pontifex receive any
payment upon his departure?
(2) If yes —
(a) what were the payments for;
(b) how much was paid; and
(c) what is the breakdown of payments
for each category of leave?

(1) Mr Pontifex was paid his
accrued leave entitlements only.
(2) (a)–(c) Accrued annual leave totalled $53 544.86.
