I refer to the $1million allocated to advance project development activities for the Albany Ring Road Project, and I ask: (a) how much is being spent on developing a preliminary design for the ultimate dual carriageway scenario; (b) has this work been completed and, if not, when will it be completed; (c) how much is being spent on developing appropriate staging options for the delivery of the project; (d) has this work been completed and, if not, when will it be completed; (e) how much is being spent on the revision of the project cost estimate; and (f) has this work been completed and, if not, when will it be completed?

(d) The work is due for completion mid-2015 subject to successful negotiations with the Public Transport Authority and Brookfield Rail for partial use of the rail reserve.
