In relation to air emission monitoring reports for the Brikmakers brickworks, I ask:
(a) are air emission monitoring reports for the Brikmakers brickworks, situated at 260 Kalamunda Road, South Guildford, held by the Department of Environment and Conservation; and
(i) if yes, what time period do the monitoring reports cover; and
(ii) if not, why not;
(b) if the Department of Environment and Conservation has copies of these air quality monitoring reports, will the Minister table all of the reports; and
(i) if not, why not;
(c) have any officers of the Department of Environment and Conservation attended and inspected the Brikmakers facility in South Guildford; and
(i) if not, why not; and
(ii) if yes, will the Minister table all copies of the inspection reports;
(d) where is the solid waste from the air pollution scrubbers at the Brikmakers facility in South Guildford disposed of;
(e) what tonnage of solid waste is generated from the facility per annum; and
(f) what landfill class criterion is met by this solid waste?

(a)-(f) Brikmakers brickworks in South Guildford is not subject to Western Australian legislative requirements as it is located on Commonwealth Government land. The Department of Environment and Conservation understands that copies of air emission monitoring reports can be requested from Brikmakers, Westralia Airports Corporation and the Commonwealth Government Department of Regional Australia, Regional Development and Local Government.
