I refer to the answer to question on notice No. 2416 of 2000 and ask - (a) is the Minister aware that in the Quarterly Consultants reports from January 1996 to July 1999, there is no reference to the following amounts paid to Skea, Nelson and Hager; (i) $ 497,050 in 1997-98; (ii) $ 595,251 in 1998-99; (b) why were these items not listed in the appropriate Consultants reports; (c) were the above projects subject to the public tender process; (d) if so, on what dates were the tenders advertised; (e) if not why not?
