(1) Has the administrator appointed to Consolidated Constructions Pty Ltd, the contractor for the construction of the Gosnells and Armadale train stations, been able to negotiate an arrangement so that Consolidated Constructions can complete the two contracts? (2) If not, is Consolidated Constructions in breach of its contract, and has the minister taken action to take the remainder of the work that is to be completed out of the hands of Consolidated Constructions or to terminate the contract? I think the honourable member should direct his question to the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure. The PRESIDENT: Order! Does the parliamentary secretary have an answer to that question? Hon Derrick Tomlinson: No notice of the question was given. I assumed that this was a matter for the construction minister.
