The Department of Housing advises:
(1)
(a) Nil commenced, however 23 units were commenced in 2005/2006 in Carnarvon, all of which completed during 2006/2007. These 23 units comprise 6x2 bedroom, 6x3 bedroom, 4x4 bedroom, 1x5 bedroom family units and 6x1 bedroom single persons units.
(b) 6
(c) Nil
(d) Nil
(2) The 6 units in 2007/2008 were all 2 bedroom family units.
(3) 7 units comprising 5x2 bedroom & 2x3 bedroom family units.
(4) 125 applications, 98 wait turn and 27 priority (as at 31 May 2010)
