1233. Hon Tjorn Sibma to
the minister representing the Minister for Finance:
I refer to the
Western Australian supplier debarment regime. For each of the financial years
2022–23, 2023–24, 2024–25 and 2025–26:
(1) How many suppliers have been debarred, and, of
those, how many have been debarred:
(a) due to associations with a criminal
organisation; and
(b) for a conviction of an offence?
(2) How many suppliers have been suspended, and,
of those, how many have been suspended:
(a) due to associations with a criminal
organisation; and
(b) for a conviction of an offence?

by the Minister for Finance.
(1) Three suppliers have been debarred. Two
suppliers were debarred in 2023–24 and one was debarred in 2024–25.
(a) Nil.
(b) Nil.
(2) No suppliers have been suspended.
(a) Not applicable.
(b) Not applicable.
