a) Lot 602 was part of the Midland Railway Workshops Site acquired from the Public Transport Authority in 1999. Lot 602 was sold in 28 June 2009. b) $1,386,463 inclusive of GST from Yelverton Nominees Pty Ltd. No Ministerial approval was required. The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011 and the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Regulations 2011 require Ministerial approval only for land transactions with a value greater than $5 million. c) Yes. d) Lot 602 was sold to the Housing Authority on 16 December 2012. e) $1,361,250 inclusive of GST.
