I refer to Lot 602 Yelverton Drive, Woodbridge, and ask: (a) on what date was the Lot originally purchased, and on what date in 2010 was the Lot sold by the State; (b) what was the 9 August 2012 repurchase price of the Lot, from whom was it repurchased, and was Ministerial Approval for the acquisition of the land obtained from the Planning Minister; (c) since 9 August 2012, has the Lot been resold or transferred; (d) if the Lot has been resold or transferred, on what date was the Lot resold or transferred, and to whom; and (e) what price, if any, was received for the resale or transfer?

a) Lot 602 was part of the Midland Railway Workshops Site acquired from the Public Transport Authority in 1999. Lot 602 was sold in 28 June 2009. b) $1,386,463 inclusive of GST from Yelverton Nominees Pty Ltd. No Ministerial approval was required. The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011 and the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Regulations 2011 require Ministerial approval only for land transactions with a value greater than $5 million. c) Yes. d) Lot 602 was sold to the Housing Authority on 16 December 2012. e) $1,361,250 inclusive of GST.
