I refer to the land occupied by the old Western Australian Museum on Francis Street. (1) Has the land that the old Western Australian Museum building occupies been placed under the management of the East Perth Redevelopment Authority? (2) If so, what is the area of the land in the precinct that is now under the management of EPRA? (3) If it is not under the management of EPRA, does the government have any intention of placing it under the management of EPRA? (4) Are there any plans for this large piece of land in the cultural centre that is currently occupied by the old Western Australian Museum to be used for hotels and apartments or for any other commercial activities?
