(1) Bluegate Nominees is required to comply with the Swan Brewery heritage agreement and all development issues are required to be referred to the Heritage Council of Western Australia in accordance with section 78 of the Heritage of Western Australia Act. (2) Yes. (3) Yes, they will follow a final report from Bluegate Nominees or its appointed representative.
