I refer to the Mining Management Program Liaison
Group (MMPLG) established to coordinate environmental auditing of the Wagerup
Refinery and associated Willowdale mining activities, and I ask: (a) could the Minister please advise the current
members of the MMPLG; (b) could the Minister please advise if the MMPLG
has a regular meeting schedule and, if so, what that schedule is; (c) if no regular schedule exists, could the
Minister please provide the dates of the last 10 meetings of the MMPLG; (d) does the MMPLG only assess the clearing plans of
the Willowdale mine; and (e) if yes to (d), could the Minister please advise
what process is undertaken to assess and approve clearing associated with the
Huntly bauxite mine?
