I refer to the response to Question on Notice 5480, and ask: (a) What were the details of the $5,000 request from Rotary Health which was rejected by the Department; and (b) What were the details of the $3,000 request from the Rotary Club of Mount Lawley which was funded by the Department: (i) Was any Member of Parliament involved in any support, presentation or the like for this request and if so, what Member of Parliament?

I am advised:
(a) The Rotary Health sponsorship request was included in the response to Question on Notice 5480 in error. This request was received in 2015, and is therefore outside the timeframe set by the Member in Question on Notice 5480.
(b) The Rotary Club of Mount Lawley requested that the Chief Allied Health Office support the 2018 Annual Rotary Allied Health Awards with funding of $3000. This funding was to ensure the awards went ahead despite the loss of a major sponsor. This was the final year of the awards, which have now been incorporated into the WA Health Awards.
(i) No.
