representing the Premier:
(1) In the financial year 1 July 2013 to 31 June
2014, what funding has been granted to the South West Aboriginal Land and Sea
Council, ABN 42485265673, by —
(a) Department of the Premier and Cabinet;
(b) state government departments or agencies;
and
(c) Lotterywest?
(2) In the financial year 1 July 2013 to 31 June
2014, what funding has been granted to the Noongar Boodja Trust by —
(a) Department of the Premier and Cabinet;
(b) state government departments or agencies;
and
(c) Lotterywest?

I thank the honourable member for some notice of this
question.
(1) (a) For
the financial year 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2014, the Department of the Premier
and Cabinet made payments totalling $2 462 744, excluding GST, to the South
West Aboriginal Land and Sea Council.
(b) The
Department of the Premier and Cabinet is unable to provide information about
any financial contributions made by other government agencies. This information
should be sought through each individual ministerial portfolio.
(c) An amount
of $749 000 was paid for project costs associated with the development of
Gnalla Kaatitjin, Our Knowledge, a Noongar leadership program.
(2) (a) The Noongar Boodja trust has not been established.
(b) Not applicable.
(c) Nil.
