I refer to the Minister’s media release of 21 October 2010 headlined ‘First choice for local business in Baynton West land release’, and I ask:
(a) how many of the 50 new residential lots referred to in this announcement have been purchased by local business owners;
(b) have all of these 50 lots been sold;
(c) were any of these 50 lots sold to:
(i) first home buyers;
(ii) owner-occupiers; and
(iii) investors from outside Karratha; and
(d) can the Minister confirm that the actual price range for these lots was between $165,000 and $234,500?
