minister representing the Minister for Environment:
I refer to the minutes of Environmental Protection Authority
meetings since September 2008.
(1) Is there a requirement that these minutes be provided to
the Minister for Environment?
(2) If yes to (1), what is the requirement?
(3) If no to (1) —
(a) have these minutes been
provided to the minister regardless; and
(b) has the minister requested
these minutes?
(4) Is the minister required to acknowledge the receipt of
these minutes; and, if so, how?

2010 were provided on 3 September 2014 as part of a briefing from the Office of
the Environmental Protection Authority in relation to the review of
environmental approvals undertaken following the Supreme Court decision on the
Browse liquefied natural gas precinct.
