(1) I refer to a matter which was heard in the Local Court of Western Australia held at Bunbury, Plaintiff No. 297/2001, between Ellerick Pty Ltd and Bridgid A Gluyas and ask will the Minister advise if Ms Gluyas served 12 days in full at Bandyup Prison as ordered by the court?
(2) If not, was payment of $485.00 paid by Ms Gluyas to the Judgement Creditor?
